The Federation of Dance Competitions, a national dance competition organization, has named Dancensations Dance Center in their Top 50 dance schools.

Zumba fitness classes are coming to DDC in September 2009! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combination's that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - you will learn Salsa, Meringue,Reggaton,and Hip-Hop dance moves as you burn as much as 500+ calories per class.
